Be one of the companies that builds RenderBid with us.
We are inviting a limited number of decking and siding companies to become Founding Partners. Founders lock in their rate for life and help shape what we build. In return, they agree to a few commitments. Apply below to be considered.

We manually review every application. Applying does not reserve a spot.

Founders reach the founder. Questions, ideas, and problems go straight to the person who built it.
Founders see the roadmap first and help decide what ships, starting with the windows app.
Your logo on our website and a Founding Partner badge on the partner leaderboard, if you want them.
Every founder is a RenderBid partner: $500 cash for every contractor you refer who goes live.
We manually review every application, and a person reads each one.
Four commitments. That is the price of a founding spot.
Founding Partners are not just early customers. They are the companies whose results, feedback, and word of mouth shape RenderBid for everyone who comes after. These are what we ask in return.

- Founder callAccepted companies see RenderBid on their own jobs and get their founding rate.
- Lock your spotSign the agreement and your spot comes off the counter for good.
- Founding spots are limited. The counter on this page is the real number left, and it goes down every time a founder signs.
- Applying does not reserve a spot. We manually review every application, and accepted companies are invited to a founder call.
- A spot is secured only when the RenderBid agreement is signed and the first payment is made.
- The founding rate stays in place for as long as the account stays active and in good standing. If the account is canceled, the founding rate ends with it.
- The four commitments above are part of being a Founding Partner. We will hold up our end and ask you to hold up yours.
- Logo and video use is always your choice. You can opt out at any time.
Your account is governed by the RenderBid Master Service Agreement and your Order Form, shared before you sign.
- Is this a free trial?
- No. Founding Partners are paying customers who get a founding rate for life. If you want to look around first, the free demo at renderbid.com/try is open to anyone.
- What does it cost?
- Your founding rate is set on the founder call, on your own numbers, and it stays the same for as long as your account is active.
- What if we are not accepted?
- We will tell you why and keep you first in line for the next opening.
- Who is this for?
- Decking and siding companies whose reps sell in the homeowner's home and want every appointment to end with a decision.
