Privacy policy

Davison Tech LLC, doing business as RenderBid operates renderbid.com and the RenderBid in-home sales software. This policy covers the website. Customers who use the software receive a separate agreement that covers the data their company puts into it.

When you book a demo or send the contact form, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, and trade. When you use the chat, we collect what you type and the contact details you share in it.

The site itself keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser, and the pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We count visits with a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. If you arrive from a link that names a campaign, or from another website, your browser remembers that on this device, and it is sent to us only if you book a demo or send the contact form, so we know which of our own efforts reached you.

To respond to you, to schedule and run the demo you asked for, and to follow up about the software. If you become a customer, the same details are used to set up and support your account.

When you book a demo you agree that Davison Tech LLC, doing business as RenderBid may contact you by email, phone, and text message about that demo and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your details are stored in our customer relationship platform, which also runs the calendar, the chat, and the emails we send you. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number. Both act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your details for their own purposes.

Contact details stay in our platform while there is an open conversation or an active account, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer questions about past dealings. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period.

You can ask us to correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to Support@RenderBid.com. Every email we send includes a way to opt out of further messages.
