Terms of service

RenderBid is in-home sales software for exterior contractors, provided by Davison Tech LLC, doing business as RenderBid. A subscription gives your company access to the software, configured to your products and pricing rules, for the number of rep seats you pay for.

A one-time setup fee is charged when configuration begins. It covers the work of setting the software up for your company and is non-refundable.

The monthly platform fee and the per-seat fee are billed in advance each month to the card on file. Seats can be added at any time and take effect on the next bill; seats can be removed with at least 48 business hours of notice before the next billing date.

You can cancel the subscription by giving notice at least 48 business hours before the next billing date. Notice received later than that takes effect at the following billing date. Access continues to the end of the period already paid. Fees already charged are not refunded.

Your products, pricing, customers, and projects remain yours. We use them only to run the service for you. On cancellation, you can request an export of your data within thirty days.

Seats are for named reps at your company. Sharing a login, reselling access, or using the software to quote for a business other than your own is not permitted.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, and we fix problems promptly when they are reported. The software produces the prices your rules tell it to; you are responsible for the rules, the catalog, and the agreements your reps sign with homeowners. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
