Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Black Friday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Davison Tech LLC, doing business as RenderBid, 425 Wilcox St., Ste 210-A, Castle Rock, CO 80104 (the "Sponsor").

The Giveaway is open only to businesses that sell siding or decks to homeowners ("siding and deck companies") and that are located in, and legally operating in, Texas, Minnesota, and Ohio (each, an "Entrant"). Each entry must be made by an owner, officer, or manager of the business who is a legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live), and authorized to accept the prize for the business.

Businesses located in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and businesses located outside Texas, Minnesota, and Ohio, are not eligible. Employees of the Sponsor, its contractors and agents, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Current paying customers of the Sponsor are not eligible for the grand prize.

The Giveaway begins on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 12:00 am Central Time and ends on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm Central (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

Online. Visit renderbid.com/win during the Entry Period, complete the entry form, and agree to these Official Rules. Each entry receives one (1) entry in the drawing.

By mail. Hand print your name, business name, business address, work email, phone number, and whether your business sells siding, decks, or both on a 3 x 5 inch card, and mail it in an envelope to: Black Friday Giveaway, Davison Tech LLC, doing business as RenderBid, 425 Wilcox St., Ste 210-A, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Mail entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within five (5) days after it ends. Each mail entry receives one (1) entry plus the same number of bonus entries an online entrant can earn without any meeting or call, which is 3 bonus entries.

Limit one (1) entry per business, however entered. Additional entries from the same business, by any method, are void, except bonus entries under section 5.

After entering online, an Entrant may earn bonus entries, none of which requires a purchase:

• 2 bonus entries for answering six questions about the business's sales.
• 1 bonus entry for watching most of the product tour video.
• 3 bonus entries for booking a product demonstration. Attending or buying is not required.
• 3 bonus entries for each eligible business that enters using the Entrant's personal referral link. A business can be referred only once.

Bonus entries are capped at 25 per business, for a maximum of 26 total entries. Bonus entries must be earned during the Entry Period.

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, held on Friday, November 27, 2026 at 11:00 am Central, and streamed live. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor's decisions about the drawing are final.

Grand prize (one). One free year of RenderBid for the winning business: twelve (12) months of the Sponsor's software subscription, including setup. Approximate retail value: $30,000. The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and must begin within ninety (90) days after it is claimed.

Runner-Up awards. The number of Runner-Up awards is determined by the number of eligible entrants and other factors. Each Runner-Up award is an offer of lifetime membership at $2,495 a month, month to month, with the setup fee and seat fees waived. It requires agreeing to the Runner-Up terms (a short video testimonial, permission for the Sponsor to publish a case study about the business's results, and honest feedback) and signing the Sponsor's standard customer agreement. The Runner-Up award is a discount on a paid subscription and has no cash value. Approximate retail value of the discount depends on the business's number of seats.

Winners will be notified by email and phone after the drawing, and each Entrant's results appear on the personal results page linked from their entry confirmation. A prize must be claimed within 10 days, by Monday, December 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm Central. The grand prize winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release. If a grand prize winner cannot be reached, does not claim the prize in time, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Each winning business is responsible for all taxes on its prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required, and may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding a prize.

Except where prohibited, accepting a prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winning business's name, city and state, and logo in announcements and marketing about the Giveaway without further payment.

Information you give us is used as described in the RenderBid Privacy Policy at renderbid.com/privacy. By entering, you agree to receive emails about the Giveaway, the drawing, and your prize. Text messages are sent only if you check the optional box on the entry form; reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in every email.

The Sponsor may disqualify any entry or Entrant it finds tampering with the entry process, using automated or fake entries, or acting against these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend it, and may award the prize from the eligible entries received before then.

By entering, Entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from the Giveaway or any prize, except where prohibited by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
